Return Policy
We sell both Digital Products and Physical Products. Please review the relevant section below for return and refund guidelines.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital product orders are delivered electronically via an access link sent to your email immediately after successful payment. Please make sure you enter a valid email address at checkout and check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email within a few minutes.
Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of digital products, returns or exchanges are not available once the e-book has been downloaded or accessed. Please review the product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds (Within 60 Days) If you are not satisfied with your e-book, you may request a 50% refund within 60 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, your order must be verifiable and you must provide a brief explanation of the issue you experienced with the product. Where a refund is approved, the refundable portion will be processed back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Please note that any digital processing or payment gateway fees charged at checkout are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Should you not be satisfied with your physical product for any reason, please do not hesitate to start your return using the link provided. When you begin your return, you will see the option to request an exchange or to simply return the item.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT TAGS If the tags are removed from harnesses, a 25% restocking fee PLUS the cost of return shipping will be charged. If the harness was damaged during this process, the return will NOT be granted. This policy exists due to the high volume of returned products with labels removed. The fee covers the time and cost of getting new labels made from Italy and re-attaching them to harnesses if they are not damaged.
Return Options
Option 1 — Simple Return (Fastest) Do a simple return with no exchange and purchase the corrected size in a separate transaction that same day. When your product is returned to our office, we will process the first order as a simple refund. Your new corrected harness will likely already be at your house waiting for you.
Option 2 — Exchange Select the exchange option during the return process. Indicate what size, color, and style harness you want. Once we receive your harness at our office, we will process the refund, create an invoice for the new one, and email it to you so you can complete the purchase. Once payment is received, we will ship out your new harness.
Do's and Don'ts for a Smooth Return
Please keep your original packaging to send the product back to us. The product must be returned in the condition in which it was shipped to you. Do NOT remove the tag from the harness until you are certain you want to keep it. Please inspect your item upon receiving it and notify us within 30 days that you plan to return the product. Include your paper invoice if you wish to send us a written message. We reserve the right to send the product back to you (at your cost) if we determine the return cannot be accepted.
Return Window You have 30 days to return the product. Returns made after 30 days will incur a 15% restocking fee.
